Mr. Bukola Afariogun is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc (ITMB), with accountability for the finance functions which include Treasury, Financial Control, and Investment strategy. He joined ITMB in 2021 from HASAL Bank Nigeria where he was the Chief Financial Officer of the Bank. Bukola has over 17 years of professional experience spanning audit, risk management, business development, accounting, and finance, during which he advised/worked for local and multinational institutions.

Bukola started his career as a Finance officer in Compuleb Nigeria Ltd, a subsidiary of BoulosNigeria, thereafter he joined First Bank Nigeria as a Service Executive in Finance, Treasury, and Third-party payment (CPC Orile-Iganmu). From First Bank Nigeria, he joined FINCA Impact Finance as a Corporate Treasury Officer, managing the treasury operation of East and West Africa in collaboration with Group Head Treasury in Washington, D.C . Bukola took part in fundraising with many local and International Investment Banks.

As a Chartered Accountant with decade-plus years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Corporate Finance, Treasury Management, and Financial Management. He has worked closely in the last 10 years with the C suite management team and directors, providing information and advice that are tailored towards rejuvenating the organization to be financially sustainable. As a member of ALCO, he has handled deals and negotiations with banks, the federal government, and investors locally and internationally. Bukola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom and is a foreign-trained Chartered accountant certified by ACCA. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (MCIB). Bukola is currently running an MSC-Finance &Accounting at the University of London.

Mr. Adefolalu Adedeji is an accomplished operations manager with over 20 years of relevant experience in formulating strategy, improving performance while ensuring full compliance within the organization. Over the years, Mr. Adefolalu has consistently ensured that the organization is coordinated and productive, by managing its procedures and devising efficient business operation methods. He is skilled in operational risk, customer management experience and planning-strategy development with a view to devising cost-saving ventures that prompt business growth; these skills, he daily deploys to efficiently mentor team members while deploying creative ways to increase the quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.

Mr. Adefolalu bagged a bachelor of agriculture (agric economics) Obafemi Awolowo university in 1999 and a Master of business administration (financial management) from ladoke akintola university in 2010.

Mr. Chinenye Orji is a multi-dimensional, highly trained legal professional with reputable years of service to his credit. He has remarkable work experience spanning 15 years. He is a lawyer and has tremendously gained a great wealth of experience and professionalism, which actively comes to play and significantly contributes in input as the current Head (Legal $ Corporate Services Department) at Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc, Garki, Abuja.

He is responsible for effective management of day-to-day legal requirements of the bank, and also provides written/verbal legal advice to all departments, business units and subsidiaries. He is the Bank’s representative and displays expertise in tribunal, court trials, settlement negotiations or appeals whenever necessary, amidst diverse other functions; including supervision of strict adherence to the Bank’s policies, standards, procedures and contractual obligations.

He began his career as the Assistant lecturer- (Commercial Law Department) National Youth Service Corps, at the College of Legal & Islamic studies, Jigawa state, Nigeria from (2005-2006). An Associate at Coker & Adeluola, Lagos-Nigeria (2008- 2009). Associate Counsel at M.R. Ahmed & Associates Lagos-Nigeria (2009- 2012). Mr Chinenye worked as a Senior Associate at Eyimofe Atake SAN & CO. (Barristers & Solictors), between 2012- 2014. He proceeded to Keystone Bank Ltd. Victoria Island, Lagos State (Counsel, Dispute Management/Company Secretarial & Legal Services Division) between 2014-2018. He became the Legal Counsel, Remedial Management Group) Ecobank, from (2018- 2021).

Mr. Chinenye attended the University of Ibadan, Oyo state, where he got a B.Sc Law (LL.B). He holds a BL from the Nigerian Law school, FCT-Abuja. He proceeded to the University of Lagos where he gained MSc. Masters in Law (LL.M). He is a Member, Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Member, International Bar Association (IBA). A Graduand member- Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrations of Nigeria (ICSAN). He is also a Member, Young International Arbitration Group- London Court of Arbitration (YIAG-LCIA).

Mr. Olukunle Joseph is currently the Head, of Internal Control of Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc. He is a graduate of Accounting from the University of Lagos. He holds an MBA from Bayero University Kano (BUK). He is a Fellow of The Prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria {CIBN}.

He started his banking career with the Legacy Equitorial Trust Bank Limited (ETB), Kano branch as Management Operations Staff and later served in various other departments of the Bank in various capacities before his permanent redeployment to the Internal Control Unit of the Bank.  He later worked with Sterling Bank Plc, Fidelity Bank Plc, and Global Trust Savings and Loans Limited (a subsidiary of IGI Plc) as Resident Control Officer and Head of Internal Audit respectively before joining the service of Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc in 2018 as the Head of the Internal Control.

Mr. Olukunle Joseph has also worked with other companies such as Challenge Bookshops Limited, Oasis Distributions Limited, and Gift Excellence Limited as Sales Executive, Manager, and Accountant at one time or the other. Mr. Olukunle Joseph has over a decade of experience in Banking with a focus on Operations, Internal Audit, Internal Control, Risk Management, and Compliance. He has attended various pieces of training in these fields of specialization, including IFRS and Forensic Accounting.

Mr. Ibrahim Adeyanju is a thorough-bred well-rounded IT professional, boosting over 20 years of hands-on experience in Information and Communication Technology space. He is spurred for IT innovation to improve banking processes and continually strive to achieve same in improving the bank’s internal processes. He has served in capacities not limited to IT Strategy, IT Consulting, Project management, IT Management, Network Administration to mention a few.
He is committed to progressive improvement of the bank’s IT Infrastructure and the implementation of the IT Strategy Plan ensuring that it meets the industry standard and ranks with the very best in the industry.
Ibrahim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University and several IT certifications. He is a likeable and sociable individual. He is married with kids.

FORTUNE AGULA MUSA is a Professional communicator, with a robust broadcast and enterprise communication background. He holds a B, Agric Degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension from the Federal University of Agriculture Makurdi, Benue state. Fortune has also trained professionally in strategic communications, from the University of Geneva. He represents a diverse expression of skills in strategic information management, events coordination, events planning, and content creation. He is a husband and Father.

Adetiba Olusola David is an Organizational Development and People Management Professional
with over 13 years in growing organizations and their people. He has consulted over 250
organizations blue chip, government, non-governmental, for profit and non-profit as well,
practicing this skill. He gained financial intelligence after working with Union Bank where he rose
to Head, branch operations in 4 years. He has also gained experience through financial trainings
with FDHL, IBFC Agusto and Betterways consult. He is also a trained People Manager with
certifications and license from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria,
Institute of Operations Management of Nigeria.
A graduate of the prestigious University of Ilorin where he had his first degree in Agriculture and
a Masters’ degree in Agricultural extension. He is also skilled in personal financial coaching,
business consulting and strategy development. He was the Secretariat Coordinator for the
enumeration of School Children for the National Home-Grown School Feeding Programme,
Monitoring and Evaluation of the NSIP programmes for 2022, and Impact Analysis for NSIP from
inception till 2022. He has consulted for NNPC in partnership with FWMC, Portharcout Water
with TRG & DEV, NiMET with JMT Plus Integrated Ltd, Nigeria Ports Authority Senior
Management with Toppa Ideas Ltd, Nigerian Agricultural Insurance Corporation to mention a few.
He has worked as HR Manager with Access Solutions Ltd, C.O.O of Intersect Consortium. He is
skilled in People Management Professional, Organizational Development, Human Resource
Management, Process Management, Development Support Consulting. He is currently the Chief
executive officer of Rimdinado International Ltd, a human resource management organization that
deals in audits of human resource, management and organizational development and the Head HR
and Administration for Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc.

Mr. JosiahUnuane is a seasoned Internal Auditor with over 20 years cognate experience spanning auditing and assurance services, banking, finance &investment, share registration/Investors relation,merchandising and Real Estate.

He holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics, Higher Diploma in Accountancy and Masters of Business Administration. He is Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance, Nigeria.
