Dr. Adeyinka Bibilari - Chairman of the Board
Dr. Adeyinka Bibilari is an astute entrepreneur, seasoned administrator and Project Consultant. He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos and University of Nigeria, Nsukka, respectively. He also bagged a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the American University of London.
Dr. Bibilari has been a key player in Nigeria’s construction industry for the past 25 years. Specifically, he pioneered the construction and development of the prestigious Abuja Model City, Gwarinpa II, comprising 351 ultra-modern housing units. Valued at over N7 billion, the Abuja Model City Project, which was built for the middle and high income earners under the Public Private Partnership Program (PPP) of the Federal Housing Authority (FHA), has received accolades both nationally and internationally.
Dr. Bibilari is also the brain behind the construction of the ultra-modern “Abuja Sun City” Galadimawa, Abuja. The sprawling state-of –the art estate valued at over N30 billion, is for mixed income earners. This exquisite estate is replete with modern infrastructure and recreational facilities for the comfort of residents. The first phase of the estate was commissioned by former President Olusegun Obasanjo, in 2005.
In addition to serving as the current Chairman of Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc, Dr. Bibilari is also the Chairman of Adkan Services Nigeria Limited; Zuma Paints and Chemical Company Limited; Crest Aluminum (Nig.) Limited; Regal Telecommunications (Nig.) Limited. and Royal Mills and Foods Limited.
Mr. Sunday Olumorin - Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sunday Olumorin, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc – one of Nigeria’s leading national Primary Mortgage Institutions – is a seasoned and consummate banker, mortgage and real estate development expert, and corporate strategist with over 20 years cognate experience in commercial and mortgage banking. He joined ITMB Plc on 21st March 2005.
Unarguably the most experienced and versatile management staff in ITMB Plc whose wealth of experience has contributed significantly to the growth and transformation of the bank, Mr. Olumorin has headed many strategic departments and units in the bank, including Business Development; Financial Control, Inspection, and Internal Control.
Mr. Olumorin holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ilorin. He has attended several specialized training and workshops on Credit, Banking Operations, Management, Leadership, and Strategy in leading consulting firms in Nigeria, including H. Pierson Associate Limited, and Agusto & Co. Limited, among others. Also, he has attended several international seminars and workshops on Mortgage Financing in the United Kingdom and the United States of America, including the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA. He is an Alumnus of Lagos Business School.
Engr. Babatunde Olaleke - Non Executive Director
Engr. Babatunde Olaleke is a graduate of Civil engineering from the University of Ilorin. He joined Adkan Services Nigeria Limited in 1996, as a Pupil Engineer. Highly professional and articulate, Engr. Olaleke, by dint of hard work and dedication to duty, rose rapidly to become the company’s Site Engineer in 1999; Manager in 2001, and General Manager in 2006. In 2007, he was appointed the Group General Manager.
Within the past 20 years, Engr. Olaleke has been instrumental in the successful execution of high-profile projects such as Naval Shipyard, Port Harcourt; Vintage Estate Karu; Abuja Model City, and Sun City, Abuja.
Result-oriented, positive thinker and stickler for excellence, Olaleke is a member of several renowned professional institutions including the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE).
Mr. Oyekunle Dada Ademokoya - Non Executive Director
Mr. Oyekunle Dada Ademokoya is a highly experienced and versatile banker with a wide range of experience in both commercial and merchant banking. For over 20 years, he held middle and top management positions in leading merchant and commercial banks before his retirement. Mr. Ademokoya is actively involved in consultancy. He is the current chairman of Bulletine Construction Company Reorganization Committee.
MAJOR GENERAL ISHAKU D. PENNAP (RETD) - NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Major General Pennap is an accomplished Army Officer and Administrator with over 40 years of distinguished career and service to the country. He was commissioned as an Officer of the Nigeria Army in 1977, as a Second Lieutenant. Due to his outstanding leadership qualities and professionalism, Major General Pennap was appointed at various times to serve in top military positions, including the Nigeria Army Chief of Administration; Chief of Defense Research and Development, and Chief of Training and Operations.
He has Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying and a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Also, General Pennap has Master’s degrees in Defense and Strategic Studies and in Peace and Conflict Studies.
Dr. Nkechi Bibilari - Non Executive Director
Dr. Nkechi Bibilari is a graduate of Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Calabar, Nigeria. She also holds a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, and a Master’s in Public Health from the School of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, University of London. Dr. Nkechi Bibilari has a wealth of experience in Medicine and Public Healthcare as she has worked in various capacities in both State and Federal Ministries of Health, which has prepared her for her role as CEO of Mayfield Specialist Hospital, Abuja.
Dr. Nkechi Bibilari serves on the board of several companies and has used her medical orientation of diagnosis and precision to help guide companies through periods of major strategic change and growth.
AKIN ARIKAWE (OON) - NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Akin Arikawe is an accomplished and multi-disciplinary technocrat whose sterling experience spans over three decades in both the public and private sectors. Prior to his retirement in 2007, he was a Permanent Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Finance.
Mr. Arikawe was the pioneer Director General of, the Debt Management Office (DMO), between 2000- 2003. He headed the Secretariat and served as the Co-coordinator of the Nigeria Vision 2020 – the nation’s Economic Transformation Blueprint. Also, Mr. Arikawe was on the Governing Board of the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA), from 2009 to 2011.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, a Law degree from the University of Lagos, and a Barrister at Law (BL) from the Nigeria Law School.
In recognition of his distinguished and meritorious civil service career, the Federal Government, in 2006, conferred him with one of the nation’s highest National Awards –Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON).
Mrs. Abisola Obaleye - Non Executive Director
Mrs. Abisola Obaleye is a chartered accountant and commenced her career as a Banker with Access Bank and rose to the position of Head of Operations at the defunct Pacific Bank in Abuja. She has nearly two decades experience in managing the logistics and operations of grant funded DFIDs and USAID projects in Nigeria. Abisola has considerable internal and external experience in senior corporate finance roles.
Mrs Abisola Obaleye has held series of leadership positions, including the Director of Operations (Consultancy) – DevTech Systems Inc, Financial Accountant (Consultancy) – Malaria Consortium, Financial Accountant – USAID among other roles. She has an expertise in budget management, personnel administration and procurement.
Mrs. Abisola Obaleye is a Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and Associate, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). She holds a Bsc in Accounting from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria and an MBA (Business Administration) from the University of Abuja.
OKWA ENE IYANA - Independent Director
Mrs. Okwa Ene Iyana is an independent director who brings on board 30 years of distinguished career experience cutting across the public and private sectors including academia.
A graduate of Accounting with a BSc. From the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria in 1986, she holds a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Calabar Nigeria in 2003 and presently undergoing her Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance at Nasarawa State University.
A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Institute of chartered accountants of Nigeria. She is also an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management and holds a Certification in Internal financial reporting standards (IFRS) from the Institute of chartered accountants of Nigeria.
Mrs. Okwa started her accounting career in January 1988 with the firm of Egwu Ogah & Co. (Chartered Accountants), Makurdi as an Audit Trainee, thereafter she joined Tonabok Management Service in June 1988 as Training Management Consultant. In 1991 she was employed by Nicon Hilton Hotel (now Transcorp) as Assistant Financial Controller until July 2005 when she joined Visiere Consulting Services Abuja where she worked in a leading capacity as Managing Partner. In October 2012 she ventured into lecturing as lecturer 1 at Kwararafa University Wukari and in 2013 joined the Federal University, Wukar lecturing various accounting and taxation subjects at two levels and has served as a student Adviser in the Department of Accounting till date.

• Use of PC-based Accounting Systems like Fidelio; Sun Systems for accounting as well as non-PC-based systems such as IBM System36 and payroll software.

• Participated in the installation and changeover to Sun Systems for the Hotel’s Management System.
• Preparation of annual financial and capital budget as well as monthly operations reports.
• Budgetary control and treasury management.
• Preparing financial reports and statistical analysis for performance review and reporting.
• Internal control procedures design, review, and implementation as well as participating in audit and investigation assignments.

Mrs. Okwa Ene Iyana was born on January 22, 1966, in Lagos State, Nigeria. She is a native of Otukpo Local Government Area of Benue State, married with four children.
Mrs. Tolu Osho - Company Secretary
Mrs. Tolu Osho is a Law graduate from the University of Abuja. She also has a BL from the Nigeria Law School. She started her career at the Code of Conduct Bureau in Abuja in 1998 and later worked as an Associate in the firm Koya and Kuti Solicitor in Lagos till 2000. She join Adkan service in October 2002 as the Legal Officer and rose through the rank to become the company’s Group secretary.
Dr. Olufemi Adeoye Fabamwo
Dr. Olufemi Fabamwo is an accomplished banker with an illustrious banking career spanning three and a half decades in the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) until 2017.
He served as Director Other Financial Institutions Supervision Department between 2010 and 2014, and superintended over the regulation, supervision and reform of Primary Mortgage Banks (PMBs), Finance Companies (FCs), Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), Microfinance Banks (MFBs), and Bureaux de Change (BDCs). He was the Director of currency operation from 2014 to 2017.
Dr. Fabamwo is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB). He graduated from Atlantic International University USA with a Ph.D. in Business Administration.
