Complete Details
Print and fill out all sections in block letters using black ink. Affix passport photographs and sign.
Attach KYC Docs
Gather copies of your valid identity document, proof of address, references, and CAC filings.
Submit & Activate
Submit at any ITMB branch or send via secure email. Your account number will be generated immediately.

Individual Document Checklist
Duly Completed Account Opening Form
Completed in block letters with required personal and mandate details.
Two (2) Recent Passport Photographs
Clear colour passport photos with full facial view against a plain background.
Valid Proof of Identification
National ID Card (or verified NIN Slip), Driver's License, International Passport, or Voter's Card (Original must be sighted).
Proof of Residential Address
Recent utility bill (electricity, water, or waste) issued within the last 3 months.
Specimen Signature Card
Duly signed signature mandate form included in the application package.
Two (2) Satisfactory References
Required for Current Account opening. Referees must be current account holders (minimum 6 months active).
Bank Verification Number (BVN) & NIN
Valid BVN and National Identity Number for CBN regulatory compliance.
Resident Permit (for Non-Nigerians)
Valid CERPAC / Resident permit if applicable.
