Adedeji Adefolalu is an experienced operations manager with over 20 years of proven expertise in formulating strategy, enhancing performance and ensuring full organizational compliance. He has consistently strengthened operational structures by coordinating processes, optimizing workflows and implementing efficient business methods that support high productivity and sustainable growth.
Mr. Adefolalu’s professional strengths include operational risk management, customer experience leadership and strategic planning. He is highly skilled in developing cost-effective initiatives, improving service quality and establishing best practice procedures across all operational levels. His approach to leadership emphasizes efficiency, accountability and continuous improvement, enabling him to guide teams effectively while driving organizational excellence.
He holds a Bachelor of Agriculture in Agricultural Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University and a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria.
