Vivian Maxwell Ogbonna is a seasoned Human Resource Specialist with over 12 years of progressive experience in People and Culture Management. She is recognized for driving organizational growth and transformational change through strategic human capital development, learning, and leadership.
Vivian has a proven record of designing and implementing people strategies that foster inclusive, high-performing workplaces. With strong leadership skills and emotional intelligence, she focuses on employee engagement, talent development, and performance management, ensuring that people remain the foundation of sustainable success.
She holds a B.Sc. in Microbiology, an MBA in Human Resources Management, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration. Vivian is also a Certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Strategic Human Resource Management of Nigeria (CISHRM), bringing a blend of academic achievement, professional certification, and practical expertise to her role.
